Sorry, we were unable to process your request.

Click the "forgot password" and reset it. It will get you in one time. We have had to do this for almost two years now. They can't figure it out, or don't want to.
When you reset your password, does it log you in automatically after you changed it or you need to log in with your new password after changing it ?

If it logs you in immediately after you changed the password and after that when you log out and try to login again with your new password and it doesn't work then it may be a length problem or illegal character with your new password. Some web sites are very stupid and they don't validate if the new password is too long or use illegal character in the reset password web page and when we try to login with it, the web site rejects it and we need to reset the password again.

Pretty sure it logs us in automatically. It was a password we used for years, but maybe they changed the criteria. I'll try a different password next time, but the thing is, when we called, they didn't say anything about the password we were using. The other things that's weird is that we get past the login page. If we type the wrong password it stays on the login page and says we have 4 chances left until it locks our account.

Problem finally resolved for my account and several others that reported the same problem, thanks for the feedback from those people.

Can you elaborate on how the problem resolved and the feedback you got from others presumably via pm? thanks

I complained to the CSR who sent a message to IT. Nine days later I could log in, no explanations. Others I knew with the same problem were able to log-in that day also, one of those had never registered a complaint.

I was curious because I got access back on July 4, of all days, and had access until midday Wednesday and then it went back to not letting me search again. So incredibly frustrating

Add me to the list. I had to call to roll over my points. Looks like the "integrated" or "revised" web site that sends DRI owners to the HVC/DRI the HGVC web site and back to the old DRI format is buggy. I do not believe this is an issue with owners that were never DRI owners. If this is true, there is something afoul. The skeptic in me cannot help but conclude the difficulty might be intentional. I hope I'm wrong in reaching this conclusion.
Agreed. It's buggy. We "resolved" it by editing the url. We click the club login, we login, "Sorry, we were unable to process your request." appears, then we go to the url and delete all of the extra characters after ".com". Nowe we're suddenly on the correct login screen and we log in to the site with no issue. Bookmark it!

I just had to call to rollover points - rep said the website hasn't been working for rollovers for a while.
I got a banner saying "You do not have any points eligible to save." - which is/was not true.
Rep says she has to email a different department and should be rolled over within the hour.
She didn't sound hopeful this would be fixed by Aug 31, so if you're wanting to roll more than 25% into next year you might want to plan on calling before the last day or two!
