Sorry, we were unable to process your request.
It's that day of the year !
Too many people trying to save their points at the same time.

You only need to worry about the 30th of June for roiling points if you are trying to roll and entire year's allotment. If you only want to roll half you can do that by 31 August or if 25% or less, 31 October. It's that day of the year !

That's great!I called earlier today and got through straight away. Not only that but I got someone that took the time to find out the answers to my issues. Shame that doesn't happen more often!

I haven't had any problems recently with logging on. I just have to remember to go to the HGVC site instead of Diamond and after logging on that goes right back to the old Diamond site! It hardly seems worth the change. That's great!

Would either of you please clue me in as to whether, I'm the only one with log in problems on the Diamond/HGV site, still?
I don't understand what you're telling me. I'm talking about www.diamondresorts.com for diehards that don't want to pay for the downgrade to HGVmax.I haven't had any problems recently with logging on. Te new URL for legacy DRI members is https://theclub.hiltongrandvacations.com/I don't understand what you're telling me. I'm talking about www.diamondresorts.com for diehards that don't want to pay for the downgrade to HGVmax.
Thanks, but, Sorry, we were unable to process your request.Te new URL for legacy DRI members is https://theclub.hiltongrandvacations.com/
You should call them because I was able to login after entering my username+password+2FAThanks, but, Sorry, we were unable to process your request.
So it is now mandatory to use username +password +2FA.You should call them because I was able to login after entering my username+password+2FA
I don't know if it's mandatory or not but every web site that offers 2FA with verification code via app, I activate it even here on TUG BBS.So it is now mandatory to use username +password +2FA.
I too am referring to Diamond Resorts. I have no interest in Max. The old log in address no longer works for me so I use HGVC.com as there is a link to log onto The Club that takes me to the old site. It works without a problem.I don't understand what you're telling me. I'm talking about www.diamondresorts.com for diehards that don't want to pay for the downgrade to HGVmax.
I am a Legacy owner (What Hilton is now calling Diamond owners who do no upgrade (downgrade) to Max) and I was able to log in no problem this evening. That's great!

When you log in, if you click on Remember Browser (or something like that), you won't need to use the 2FA as long as you keep using that computer/Browser.So it is now mandatory to use username +password +2FA.
I posted a similar thread about getting a "time out" when looking for availability for my deeded week online. I was told that some owners as well as reservation agents, are having trouble accessing the online system, but when I've asked about availability they've been able to check and book for me immediately, if something is available. I've never been told they needed to send a request. Perhaps the agent just didn't want to admit that they were having trouble accessing the system as well.We are deed-owners of Diamond Resort timeshare. We cannot make reservation online either. When we call in to ask about reserving online, they informed us that we must call in for our reservation When we called in for the week desired 1 year in advance of that date, we were told they had to send a message to the inventory desk supervisor because they could not make the reservation in real time while on the phone. They did not know why despite verifying our dues were paid, we were eligible for the date requested, etc. Then they said it could take up to 24-48 business hours to return with an answer about getting that week successfully or not. That is not good. Now we have not gotten a return call and missed the desired week. Nothing appears on the "availability" search of the Hilton website for our timeshare either for ANY dates. It is like our former Diamond Resort is "off the books" for online search. Anyone else experiencing a similar passive aggressive service for trying to make a reservation?
We haven't been able to log into our account for almost 2 years. We have to do "forgot password" and reset it, then we can log in once. Next time we try to log in, have to do the reset password. Every. Time. I called and they said they'd get someone to look at it, that was 6 months ago. No one looked at it.That's great!

Click the "forgot password" and reset it. It will get you in one time. We have had to do this for almost two years now. They can't figure it out, or don't want to.I also have not been able to login all week (7/2/23 to 7/7/23) as I keep getting the following error after inputting my user name and password: "Sorry, we were unable to process your request." I called DRI number and they also could not login to the website from there end. I was given a Tech Support Number to call and it went straight to voicemail. This is ridiculous that we can't login into our own timeshare website to see what is available to try and plan a vacation. Having the website down a few hours is one thing but all week??? Anyone else get having DRI login issues? Have you found a way to resolve the login and actually see what is available to plan a vacation.
Add me to the list. I had to call to roll over my points. Looks like the "integrated" or "revised" web site that sends DRI owners to the HVC/DRI the HGVC web site and back to the old DRI format is buggy. I do not believe this is an issue with owners that were never DRI owners. If this is true, there is something afoul. The skeptic in me cannot help but conclude the difficulty might be intentional. I hope I'm wrong in reaching this conclusion. Why is Hilton punishing Diamond deed owners ?
