@easyrider I have been a big Elton John fan for over half a century, and have also seen him in concert more than once. I don't think I have ever heard that particular song before, which shocked me!! Thank you for sharing it!!

Side note: Elton's husband, David Furnish, was a neighbour growing up. His parents' house was behind us, about five doors down! Although he is younger, he attended the same high school as my brothers and me.

I've been to loads of concerts and the only one that ever gave me chills was the Elton John concert. Nice side note.

Country or otherwise, that brought me to tears! It hit a little too close to home. My 3-year-old niece has been fighting leukemia for the past year. Fortunately, her prognosis so far is very good, but I could feel the Dad's pain and fear in the video.

One thing that I have learned in living with a chronic disease that has a not-so-optimistic mortality rate is to try to stay focused on the blessings around me. Today, @easyrider I thank the Lord above for you and you sharing this song.

Thanks for that! I am an Eric Clapton fan, but had not heard that before. Additionally, (Somewhere) Over the Rainbow has been one of my favourite songs since I was a child. So doubly great!

My personal favourite version of (Somewhere) Over the Rainbow is by the late "IZ" K of Hawai'i.
