Per Imperial waikiki To answer your question: Yes, the buyer must pay for the current year’s assessment, which will be pro-rated according to the date we designate the buyer into our system as the new owner.
SEASON: floating week so can be used anytime of year and check in on any day. Can Reserve 1 year out.
CLOSING COSTS: Costs will be paid by seller and Imperial Waikiki Resort will handle paperwork to get Recorded with State of Hawaii in your name.
