2) If the 2 weeks are paid through June 2025 that would mean 2023 and 2024 mf are paid then why would ….

After recording unit in your name Imperial Resort will send you prorated fee for your maintenance fee for 2024 week.

can you clarify this if the 2023 and 2024 weeks have been paid for already reserved as you state below:


and I will authorize you to use the 2023 week for your first-year enjoyment after timeshare is recorded in your name. June 13-20, 2024, has been Reserved for you but can change reservation if week available, must be used before June 30,2024.
Also include 2024 week which can be used from July 1,2024-June 30,2025

why would the resort bill for ‘24? The only due mf would be full 2025

if you copy and paste the faq linked and answer those questions perhaps it will clarify the offer, it is confusing as worded currently

you would have unit transferred to your name and pay for another MF for your own use so total 3 weeks of use in 1 unit
 
you should probably just post the details of the ownership itself, and then simply include the fact that you are giving away extra use years (though 2023 is already passed).
