I found a buyer on a FB group and used LT Transfers to assist with the paperwork. Once forms are filled out and submitted to the developer it's mostly a waiting game as it takes like 45-60 business days to complete the ownership transfer.

$0 as I acquired it via resale via the same terms I'm offering here. Just an educated guess, but this contract size via retail would probably go for more than $30K (Yikes!).

Ah okay gotcha!!! Trying to get educated if you can help me in the right direction... Is there any downfall to purchasing resell like you did? Does it impact access to Interval International etc.?

Hi Diegor, I’m a new HVC owner. I made the big mistake of buying retail. If I were to pick up additional points off resale, do you know if all my points would be combined? Or would they be separate? Would I just own 2 separate deeds as well?

You can combine the points for making reservations, but you'll still have two distinct contracts. Since each contract has a fixed fee portion, having two contracts is more expensive than if you had a singular contract for the same amount of points. Each contract has a $975 fixed fee amount and the rest is calculated based on the number of points.
