Is it somehow possible to buy a TS from these guys through EBay and not have to work with the rude, possibly incompetent employees? Is there a way to buy from John directly? Or if you bid on one of these are you just taking your chances?

I apologize for my lack of professionalism and customer service. I do not agree with all of ebays policies but unfortunately i have to follow them. Once again, i apologize for my previous remarks.

I use to work for a National Beverage Company in customer service. We were trained to "PLACATE" the people that called the 800# with an Apology and a Free 12 Pack of our product.
You can only imagine what people told us about our product. No matter how ludicrous their claims were, we always said how sorry we were and sent them a Coupon.
Hopefully you understand the above analogy.
I am now thinking that you need more than a hobby. Please seek some help.
