I send a complaint about his listing to this person Kyle Williams. I am complaining that all his listing are listed as being in Montana even when they are actually located in Washington or Florida etc. This makes good searches hard for me.

He sends me an excuse that it's because of legal broker reasons.

I reply no ... I'm a Broker and I know no state makes a law about how you do eBay ads.

He basically disses me and tells me to F off and that if I was so smart I would know how eBay works.

Very argumentative and derogatory.

I am not interested in buying from such a person and I am warning you about him as well.

Ive had the same experience with this guy

I had a question about something I bought from him and got the response that: "I do lots of timeshare sales on ebay, and I know what Im doing"

Thats the point isnt it...I dont know and have questions...but he seems offended when I asked

Most recently I have advised him of one of his auctions that had bad information in it.....Now he is really offended. here is our last exchange

Huge mistake treating eBay customers this way, especially when most of us are TUG members and will post our negative experiences. Stupid move. Terrible language for any seller to use. Not a good business person....

Ebay has the "Sellers state of Residence", which is a required specific. We select Montana because ebay has never used it as a field it includes in the search. For whatever reason they are doing it now.

Sorry if all of our auctions are coming up when searching in Montana. It is not up to us.

When I searched/browsed Montana only the one with the property actually in Montana showed up. How exactly were you searching where they came up all in Montana?

I will speak with Kyle regarding his remarks.

Perhaps it was a glitch with eBay (or I goofed up my search) - but it seems to be working now just fine.

So I'll say "my bad" on that - but Kyle's "customer service" needs polished a bit.

Old Broker rule - "Remember the buyer is the only one bringing money to the table".

Wow! Not a good salesperson for sure. Most of the words that come to mind about this situation are banned by TUG. :ignore:

I had a negative experience with him as well and so have not been bidding on anything he lists. Let's continue to get the word out.

My experiences have been good. When I've needed assistance, you have stepped in and provided it. Kyle has not always followed up on communications, but you have made sure things are "right".

I have done over 20 transactions with this seller based in Montana (John Kushman, doing busines on ebay as timesharepro and snowsun4ever, donate for a cause, etc) and I have been extremely pleased with professionalism, customer service and always prices.

I have also received comments from Kyle which can be considered on the "edge" to say the least.

John is great. I would not hesitate to buy from John (and haven't hesitated).:)

I should add that I have a transaction in progress at their title company...this is going well...of course I havent had the need to speak to Kyle about it

The details of the transactions Ive had with these guys have been handled well. Its only the personal interaction with Kyle where Ive had a problem.....Of course Im something of a SOB myself...so maybe its me.

I dont excuse the mistakes in his ads (and the refusal to correct them) ...I wont bid on anything that I dont know well myself

Perhaps John is a good guy.

I am a bit concerned about Kyle since he has apparently banned Ron from their sales and I know Ron to be a generally reasonable (SOB per his own admission :p ) person.

Add to that my experience with the "attitude" and I still can't recommend Kyle. :annoyed:

I'll just restate my previous postings that my dealings with John were fine, but his co-worker Rose Young was a personal nightmare. Too bad, as they list a lot of properties and don't need the bad blood a couple of people are causing.

I agree... John has been very professional and customer oriented. Some of the others at the company are slow to respond or downright incompetent. Kyle never responded to my emails or phone calls. A fellow tugger advised me to contact John... it's a shame he has to get involved to light a fire under someone else to make them do their job!

I Have Bought A few timeshares from these Guys.

Kyle and John- aka- Snowsun4ever vaca4life timesharepro-- are the best timeshare sellers on EBAY.
Instead of knocking them-- You should THANK them for having Great timeshares at Great prices.
They and few other Megasellers(LAMAN34 and Cybernaut to name a few) are the GOOD GUYS.
If you are looking for a "Bad Guy." Use your energy on the Developer Sales Teams that continue to sell the same timeshares for 10k, 20k or even more.
Buy from Kyle, John and other High Percentage Feedback Sellers.

I respectfully submit that accurately relating the factual details of a direct, first hand personal experience with a reseller (..."great prices" notwithstanding) is hardly "knocking them".

If the reseller behavior was as obnoxious and as reprehensible as portrayed, then the reseller has clearly brought (and deserved) the critical input of the dissatisfied customer upon himself. "Great timeshares at great prices" is not a valid defense or excuse for behaving like a complete jerk to a would-be customer.

And on the United States Marine Corps' birthday too --- oh, the shame...
