Resorts Owned
Woodstone at Massanuttan - Va (week 25)
Vacation Village at Bonaventure -Fl (week 51)
So we own 2 Vacation Village timeshares. One in Virginia that is a RCI Weeks unit. It is a 4 bedroom, but we have it deeded as a 2 BR annual unit. So question number one is: Do I advertise as a 4 bedroom unit or a 2 bedroom unit?
The other unit we own is in Florida and is a RCI Points unit, where every year they dump 86500 points into our account. Is that considered a "Fixed" timeshare for advertising purposes?
Any help into how to advertise these will be appreciated.

Ask for an estoppel. If the estoppel says 4BR, you can advertise it as much. Otherwise, buyers will pay attention to the deed.
