I really need some help trying to sell my timeshare and wondering if anyone could assist me.
I have this timeshare for more than 18 years and is the Windham Pahio in Kawaii.
I owe a week every other year and my maintenance payment is a little over $800 ( also every other year).
I have deposited the 2016 week through RCI and right now I have 30 points. I have not deposited my 2018 week yet.
I am not looking to make any money with the sale of the timeshare, at this point, I just wanted out of my hand and to break it even with the maintenance fee for 2018 that I am in the process of paying right now (they divide the maintenance into 4 payments and I just paid the 1st one).
I also have the 30 points with RCI that I am not going to use, can I sell the points or should try to reserve a week somewhere and rent.
Would anyone one know the amount I should charge to cover the fees for changing the deed? I was reading a way to purchase a kit and do it myself. My timeshare is in Hawaii, Kawaii. I was told that I need to send the information to them in order to transfer the deed to someone else
