I have 1400 annual points at Marriot's Myrtle Beach Oceanwatch Grande Dunes. I enrolled my week a couple years ago and have only used them once and really only a couple times did I use my week when I first got it in 2008. How do I advertise my timeshare for sale, as a week or as points?

You may only sell the week. Enrolled week automatically loses the "enrollment" part on sale. Resale week post June 2010 purchase cannot be enrolled, which means the new owner can only use the week, rent out the week or deposit it into II to exchange to other timeshare.

You also might want to look into giving it back to Marriott. Finding a taker for a low season Myrtle Beach week with relatively high MF's can be hard.
