Not worth it

my apology kinda crappy wyndham doesn't do this forgive my lack of knowledge on what wyndham will and will not put in the estoppel. I have looked at wyndham and honestly wouldn't know why anyone would want to own there the points are too expensive per the maintenance fee cost on what your getting.

you couldn't give me a wyndham timeshare

I could not agree more on that comment. Wyndham has some very nice places to stay, but value and bargain are words I never associate with Wyndham.

For a lot of people it is better to rent Wyndham from owners.

Thanks again to everyone that replied. I just want to post a final update. The seller is working with me to correct the situation. Wyndham did not follow his directions when he was credit pooling.

In the worst case could the OP make an agreement with the seller that the seller would either give access to their account for booking your reservations using your points or they would do so on your behalf and have Wyndham waive the Guest Certificate Fee and then you would just start in 2018?

This would be a last ditch attempt to use the points you are owed. Another thing is to have Wyndham just credit you the points you are owed into your Owner account.

You lucked out that a fellow Tugger sold you the points via a reputable agent. I just cringe to think what would happen if you booked via a fly by night operation and a shady owner.

In this case wouldn't you be scared to work with Wyndham in the future? I mean if they can't follow simple instructions to pool points then what makes you think you can trust them for other things like ensuring a reservation has been confirmed and booked in your name etc.

I would be asking Wyndham for compensation including extending the expiration date of your points.
