I just read on the Royal Website the market next to the Captains Cove is part of the Royals (guess I glossed over this detail when we stayed last), does this market have a larger variety?
It has less inventory than the Resort markets, but one thing it has that the resort markets don't are fast food meals. Slice of pizza and a drink, hot dogs and a drink etc etc for a couple of bucks.
They'd have to either take the shuttle, which doesn't run as frequently as it used to, or walk down the hill, cross the highway, and then cross back and walk uphill.
They can get fast food at the Express takeout at the side of the Tradewinds restaurant at the RC, or just order anything from the pool and beach waiters. If they're young enough, the prices on the kids' menu are very good.
The first Royal Resort, Vacation Club International. AKA Club Internaçional de Cancun, and recently renamed to the The Royal Cancun. The new name is a disaster, b/c there's a hotel called Royal Cancun (without the "The").
You can order pretty decent pizza delivered right to your villa, either from Dominos or from the Express. You'll see a card with the info on the pass-through counter between the kitchen and dining room. Free delivery, but of course a tip is appreciated
So let me get this straight, not only is there a market inside of the Islander there is one across the street? Or is the market that services the tri's the one across the street?
