I know there are more resales listed toward the end of the year before the next year's MF become due.

My question: Does Marriott tend to relax their ROFR a bit when there are more resales happening?

Don't know for sure.. but with the way the economy is.. I think Marriott will let just about anything pass.

I thought there was a web site where I could complete the ROFR waiver request. Can't seem to find it now. Does someone know? Thanks in advance.

Here's the Marriott ROFR database website created by TUGGER dioxide45:

Or are you talking about how to submit sale information to Marriott so that they can review to pass on ROFR or take it themselves?

I thought there is a web page where you can complete the waiver online or at least type answers in the waiver request on line and then print out the form to send to Marriott. I do not see that web page anymore. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I am not aware of one. You can send the request via e-mail. It is rather simple. You can find the details in the FAQ.

I found out that you send Marriott an email and there is an auto reply with the ROFR application attached. :)

It would be more exciting if there was an auto reply waiving the ROFR.
