ROFR Question (Not Answered in FAQ)

I know there are more resales listed toward the end of the year before the next year's MF become due.

My question: Does Marriott tend to relax their ROFR a bit when there are more resales happening?

Don't know for sure.. but with the way the economy is.. I think Marriott will let just about anything pass.

Or are you talking about how to submit sale information to Marriott so that they can review to pass on ROFR or take it themselves?

I am not aware of one. You can send the request via e-mail. It is rather simple. You can find the details in the FAQ.

I found out that you send Marriott an email and there is an auto reply with the ROFR application attached.
