Reserved HRC Kaanapali in December

When you trade into HKB within the HRC points system are you assigned a floor band?

We are here now and rented from an HKB owner so we knew it would be middle band.

Hi, NCAA. I replied to your message. In short, we exchanged into Kaanapali using points through the HRC internal system. There was nothing to indicate what band we would be assigned. We lucked out and got 4005, which is 10th floor in the middle. We were so enchanted by that place and are hoping to get back there frequently, although exchanging has never been a reliable method to ensure that.
