I have not yet rented a unit out and I was wondering if it would be better to keep a lock-off as a 2BR or pay the $80 fee and rent out each side separately. I have a 2BR at Ocean Pointe for Thanksgiving 2013 that I likely will rent out. Judging by the portion of 2BRs vs 1BR and Studios available to rent on Redweek my guess is that it is better to keep the 2BR intact. I would want to net at least $100 more for the trouble.
