Relief Consultants International

She doesn't have to close with that company. Contact Legal Timeshare Transfers: Readylegal@gmail.com They can help you close.
Thank you. But I think there is no further charge. Changing companies would incur costs. I will wait a little while and see if they go forward since there is no cost to me.

sorry that your friend threw away thousands of dollars for something she could have done for free.

as a TUG member since 2012, we would have hoped you would have warned her about paying large upfront fees :(

Yes, I am very sorry too. Yes, I would have warned her. In fact, had I known she was spending over $60k with Wyndham I would have warned her a few years ago. I have saved two other friends from timeshare purchases within their 3 day rescind and just last week referred a friend who wants to sell to TUG .

Apparently, we must go through this company. I assume they are handling the transfer as a title company might. They are supposed to be contacting the management company of the deeded timeshare and following requirements at no further costs.

So in your OP, you said that this company was "a timeshare relief exit company" but now you are describing it as a title transfer company. I wonder why you and your friend "must go through this company".

Actually, I didn't question her about this but I think she assumes she has given them charge of her timeshares having paid over $7k. She is solidly confident in them. When I asked her about transferring to me she called them. They emailed to me asking for the names I want on the title. I am unsure of what contract she has already signed with them that may give them authority. I am concerned, since this particular unit has value, that they will sell it to someone else and I will not become owner. She is a very busy person not having time to talk and I am sure she feels she paid them and now they should perform the transfer to me at no additional costs. I have no control as she seems sold that they are honest. I cannot make any accusations. I hope they are honest which is the reason for my original post asking if anyone was familiar with them. I have emailed to them yesterday asking for an update. This is the title of the person who requested information from me:

Transfer Coordinator
Switch It Title Exchange, LLC.
P.O. Box 5678
Sevierville, TN 37864

If they have an actual person to transfer it to rather than a Viking ship LLC, they probably will be happy to do that. That doesn't make them legitimate or competent at what they do so I would be careful and want to check the deed they prepare and file because when you want out, if they make mistakes then it will make it harder for you to transfer the title legitimately without having to back track and fix their mistakes. Finding a new owner and transferring it to them is probably something they don't do very often.

Thank you. I will try to follow up after I receive a deed. Good point.
