Were they successful? Chances are your friend could have used Ovations, Wyndham's Responsible Exit Program, to get out for much less than $3,900.My friend paid them about $3895 for each of two timeshares (over $7k) to get out of them One is Club Wyndham.
There are a number of satisfied reviews on the BBB site.Very simple solution for the OP. Go on the internet, search "Relief Consultants International." and read the reviews on Yelp. You can also look up their BBB report. Learn from others' experiences. They don't sound like a very good company.
Realise that many of these reviews could be shill reviews by employees of this outfit. What timeshare is it exactly that you are trying to get rid of?There are a number of satisfied reviews on the BBB site.
My friend paid for removal of two timeshares. One is Club Wyndham membership. I want to buy my friends deed of her other timeshare to stay in it each year not to trade. I do not want the Club Wyndham membership. They use the name "Switch It" for the current process. I spoke with their agent and submitted my name for acquiring title to the deeded timeshare (nothing to do with Wyndham). They mentioned no charge to me. I am probably making it easier for them if this goes well and they make an easy $3895 she paid to get out of it. I am out no money. I hope she isn't.What are you hoping to accomplish with this company? How much are they charging you?
Yes, I considered the reviews could be bogus. I see their website is still up and location in Branson.Realise that many of these reviews could be shill reviews by employees of this outfit. What timeshare is it exactly that you are trying to get rid of?
I doubt she knew about Ovations. She has paid an awful lot of money to Wyndham for her membership, over $60,000.Were they successful? Chances are your friend could have used Ovations, Wyndham's Responsible Exit Program, to get out for much less than $3,900.
The process began recently and not yet long enough to see if they are successful with exiting her from Wyndham. Were they successful? Chances are your friend could have used Ovations, Wyndham's Responsible Exit Program, to get out for much less than $3,900.

You seem to be knowledgeable about these companies. I do not plan to use one but I have a timeshare I would like to be rid of. I saw in another forum to write a letter. Where can I find sample letters and a process to follow on my own?Where did you hear about them?
She believes they will perform and she will exit Wyndham. I hope she is right.Your friend is exactly who these exit companies love to do business with. Your friend had options to exit their timeshare relatively cheaply directly with Wyndham. The exit company knew this as well but they certainly were not going to advise your friend that they already had a cheaper way out. This is easy money for them and they also get another 5 star review from an unknowing customer. This makes up for those “hard” cases they get from other customers paying them thousands of dollars, cases in which the exit company keeps kicking that stone down the road for years.
Oh, your friend’s $3895 is gone. No way would they even consider refunding a portion let alone all of it.

She had already paid when I asked about the company. I later learned of it and wanted to buy one of her deeded timeshares after she became involved with them. Apparently, we must go through this company. I assume they are handling the transfer as a title company might. They are supposed to be contacting the management company of the deeded timeshare and following requirements at no further costs. So, my transfer process is ongoing about one month now. When did your friend pay this company? You started this thread over a month ago inquiring about this company and all the responses warned that this company was likely a scam.
She doesn't have to close with that company. Contact Legal Timeshare Transfers: Readylegal@gmail.com They can help you close. She had already paid when I asked about the company.
