This is a Deeded Property. This is part of what is called the Residence Club, Depoe Bay. We use to be part of the Residence Club in Seaside, Oregon. It is a 1/13th Interest in Unit 127. The weeks Rotate each year so no one gets all the Holidays. Every 13th year you lose the Fall Week to Maintenance. When you trade a week with Wyndham you get Worldmark Credits, a Housekkeeping Token, and, a Guest Certificate. If you do not have a separate Worldmark Account the Credits are deposited into your Residence Club Account and you have to call in to make a Worldmark Reservation. With these Credits you have access to all 100+ Worldmark Resorts. In that this is a Deeded Property you have the right to rent it out. It also means you have to go through a formal Closure.

I love Depoe Bay but my husband would shoot me if I took on another property. We have seen whales spouting while sitting on the living room couch here!

This works out to about $160.00 a night for a two bedroom two bath ocean view condo. You would be hard pressed to find a simple hotel room with a view on the Oregon coast for that.

This might be the answer for anyone who wanted a place at the beach without the hassle of true ownership.
