So Redweek went back and forth with the renter and asked me to counter his lowball offer, it was a couple of tries on the renter's part, and I finally said I would take $1,160. $158 is what RW got, my fees on this small one bedroom are $872.18, so I received about $130 profit on the rental. Not terrible, but realistically, I didn't want to deposit the week into II at the end of this year, so it's better than a kick in the pants.
