Receiving complimentary upgrade, except it's a downgrade for me

In the app under tools then membership card, on the website under your profile, and it should be on your homepage in the portal. On the portal homepage, it shows our Elite Premier in the middle section toward the top.

Interesting. Under tools I see a long list of choices starting with "Club Membership" and ending with "Sign Out" but no "Membership Card". And "Club Membership" just sends me to a page that allows me to read about Club Rules, benefits, RCI, etc.

We get upgrades about half the time with Elite Premier. Almost always at some properties like Elara and W57th

I don't think that I have ever gotten an upgrade. I am sure it is because the resorts are always fully booked during the time of year that I travel.

You tend to stay at the top end unit though, like OF at OO so you wouldn't get one. Unless the upgrade to it is free admission to the gentlemen's club down the road...

In the portal, click on your picture/name in the top right and select Account Information and then scroll down to Elite Status. I assume Max folks have their Tier Level here.

On the portal homepage, it is here also. I assume that Max folks would have their Tier level here rather than Elite.

Re: @HuskerATL - Yeah...my app is just missing the "Membership Card" choice between "Club Membership" and "Manage my points". I was kind of expecting to see a little virtual card that said "Member" since I have less than 22,400 points...but I guess I don't even get that...;-)

That is really odd. You would think that the app would be the same for everyone. Now, most of the app doesn't work for since they moved to the unified login... Links just bounce to a can't access webpage message. I rarely use it any longer since it doesn't work.

BHC just means that you owned at Hilton Club but it is still a similar legacy. It is interesting that they denote which legacy though

I can access the MAX Inventory.

The only inventory I can access without being charged a reservation fee is MAX. BHC and HGVC both have a 69.00 reservation fee if I attempt to make a reservation regardless of which bucket (BHC or HGVC Legacy) I draw from, including any attempt to make NY reservation.

I would think that you would want to upgrade to the bHC AI. This will give you included reservations w/o a fee. That is if you make enough yearly reservations to pay for the AI fee ($371, so > 5 reservations at $69 each)

I would if I am eligible. I have been waiting to see what dues are billed to me and was going to address it with HGVC if I do not receive AI.

I think you will need to request AI if you want that.

I was in a similar “Free Max” situation, but I didn’t wait and requested the AI because I had a lot of speculative reservations to make.

Still don’t know how I’ll be billed as for club dues though.
