For Grand Pacific (GP) resort owners, like at SeaPointe or GP Palisades (GPP) or SCBC etc, do you need to pay resort fees for any reservations at your home resort?
1. for your home week? (presume no, but you never know with all the fee creep these days).
2. for any weeks you exchange into your home resort?
(say, one had another TS from GP in GPX (say SCBC) and one also owns at Seapointe or GPP and wanted to exchange their other GP property week in GPX exchange into Seapointe or GPP, would one have to pay resort fees for the week exchanged in)?
3. for any weeks you exchange into a different GP resort?
4. for any rented weeks at your home resort?
TY!

If you are occupying your unit or exchanging back in to your owned resort, then no resort fees. If you are exchanging outside of your owned resort, then you pay the resort fees.
