A thread to post puns for titles of books, movies, songs, etc. Examples below:
  • Under the Bleachers, by Seymour Buttz
  • Yellow River, by I.P. Daly
  • Catching Fireflies, by Anette Andajar
  • Guide to African Safaris, by Ellie Phant
"Title" and "Author" only, please. This isn't a thread for general punning - let's keep it to this genre.

Making up a title and author that sounds like a joke.

An example: A Texas political joke. "We always bury our politicians 12 feet deep when they die. We all know that, deep down, they're good people. . . "

Punny book title. Good Politicians by Barry (bury) M ('em) Deep (down). . . . The name is a pun on the point of the title.

Is Ray Smartly the same person as Ray Z. Smartly, who wrote the poker guide The Big Bluff?
I believe it is. Poker for Fun and Profit is the first book and is a more general gude to the game. The Big Bluff is a more detailed examination of betting strategies.
