We used our WM points at The Canadian (Vancouver) many years back. We absolutely loved the unit and "efficiency" of the furnishings ... except for the lack of Air Conditioning. The location was perfect for walking the city. (We parked our car on check-in and didn't use it until check-out.)
Edited to add: We were in Victoria via cruise ship late last month and visited WM Victoria. The units were only slightly smaller than a typical "rural" WM location and well equipped. Based on the unit interior, you could almost forget that this was still a "city" location.
