The “account in good standing” is not what will renew your PIC Express. You have to make an additional purchase to renew it. Of course, your account does have to be in good standing to make a purchase and renew it, so it wasn’t a total lie but they lied by omission by not telling you renewal would require a new purchase. That’s assuming they knew that. The sales people are not always savvy when it comes to PIC.
