oh boy in a good way- there was a discussion about tug DVC member to member transfers not to long ago…
I am much happier
Personally I prefer to remain in control of my own reservations as opposed to renting. The same with out going transactions- I would rather hand them over to an owner that understands the program than deal with renters contracts ect…

My question is….I have multiple contracts at 3 different resorts. Planning a big family gathering in 2026. I guess I can do a transfer from other resorts/contracts into my multiple BLT contracts. But would not get the 11 month advantage….which is paramount to my plans if I want a 2 BR lock off standard view at BLT. I guess it’s easier to hoard my BLT points to bank and borrow. I have a few DVC friends….someone usually has a few hanging points now and then…this new thing can make it easier to gift to a friend.

DVC says no commercial renting but we all know it happen…

This does make easier for transferring between family & friends, for example my SIL saves her AKV points for a big family trip to OKW but looses her home resort priority- I own at OKW in theory we could pretty much just switch when needed.

What has me curious-
will owners with restricted resales now be able to work around it.

So your thinking a RIV resale owner gets a transfer from a direct owner of a SSR contract then those transfered points will only be usable at RIV?
