I think yesterday’s HGVC poster was before TUG on the fence, and now over the fence with TUG’s advice. He said he was glad he found TUG before it was too late, which probably means he will rescind.

At least she received an alternative viewpoint. If everyone rescinds, then the developer would look for other sources of income...namely fees from owners like us.
