Sorry.....MXCD is Mexico City
I don't know of timeshares in Mexico City. That said, I'm in RCI, so don't see the whole enchilada. The vast majority of TSs are in resort or countryside areas. There are a few urban properties, but they are the exception rather than the rule.
I guess I lied. RCI does show a Hotel Centro Ciudad de Mexico, but it looks like a fairly nondescript hotel. No resort-type amenities.

You'll have a difficult time finding things if you search on MXCD!
I abandoned the idea of doing a timeshare in CDMX because of availability and fees. I always go with the AirBnb route. It's worked great so far, and one stay was a shared apartment for a month.
Hopefully you've got at least a week for your stay in México City. So many things to do and see! Teotihuacan takes the better part of a whole day. The Museo Nacional de Antropologia takes more than one visit - the first visit will be overwhelming. Then there's Chapultapec park with the castle, zoo, and several museums (including the aforementioned museum); the Post Office is beautiful inside; there's the Ángel de Independencia; el Monumento a la Revolución; El Moro for churros and hot chocolate; and even a Lucha Libre event!
