[Merged] RCI Exchanging [online] not responsive

I will be calling at the same time. Mine started acting like that yesterday around 4:00

Has been spinning for me or got the message : Your transaction cannot be completed at this time. Please call your RCI representative if you need further help. :confused: :mad: since friday evening...
Talk about how much they want us to use online booking...:rolleyes: :crash:
 
It is driving me crazy!!!!! since yesterday...Sure hope they can get their act together..l.:annoyed: :crash:
 
per the VC at 10 am, they are aware, working on it. it will be tomorrow before resolved....

I read that as - we need to reboot everything, and even though we know on the online folks are dead, OUR VCs still have access so we will wait until tonite....

they are issueing credits and not charging the VC rate since online is down.....

RCI is working for me

I signed on points around 8am east .. all was working..
then just read this thread.. so tried rci weeks ,, on ,, no prlomblem..

but , I sure know they have their problems... JG
 
If you sign into your points account and go to the weeks inventory you can search. If you sign into weeks you get spinning.
 
Just talked to RCI--VC said technical support not sure when it will be fixed. Dawn
 
It's now almost 4 PM EST the next day and RCI is still spinning. Is this what we are continuing to pay more for? I just found out last week that you will only receive a hard copy of your exchange confirmation if you ask for it. Otherwise, you get it in the email to print out yourself. I waited almost a month to receive my confirmation for an exchange in Feburary. Only after calling was I informed that I must ask now for a copy to be mailed. Well, I told them to mail it. That's what I am paying more money for. It just keeps getting worse.
 
Still spinning at 6:45AM in Florida on Monday, Jan. 12th. This is ridiculous. Have been trying since Friday evening to get to my exchange weeks. No luck. Hopefully RCI will get their act together and get this fixed soon!!
 
still spinning....Weeks access - don't have a points account

anyone who IS getting in with weeks - what is your browser?
 
I'm using mozilla-the first week loads and the second spins
 
Now day 3 and still spinning. This makes no sense and the fees keep going up.

Ok, I just tried to get on using Mozilla. It is still spinning.
