Still spinning this morning. Maybe this is RCI's way of raising the price on exchanges. Raise the fee on phone in exchanges only then make the website stop working so we can't exchange on-line :annoyed: .
I spoke to RCI website support a few hours ago. They told me that they know about the problem and that it will be fixed tonight when they do their weekly maintenance.
Same here. It's 3 AM now and the website is still spinning. This is now day 2 even after the Saturday maintenance. What a drag. I stayed up for nothing!
I tried again when I got us too 3:00 AM CST..............my first week loads then the rest just hang there................We need to make an exchange soon...Like for March or April 2009 (our vacations got all messed up cause of the hurricane IKE)..I had all or reservations/vacations in order a year ago, now I have to change a few. They are not making it easy on us.
Like HOP said........they want us to call in and make the extra money or grab a Extra vacation or last call..........they are raking it in I am sure....
Decided to start a new thread as this is "the" place to find out is it "us" or "them".
RCI is still "spinning" 8:15 am Sunday mornng. The other thread reported taht the first one will load but not the rest. I cant even get the first one to load.
I have deleted cookies and temp files too.....and a reboot. Waiting for them to open to complain - need lots of complaint calls.
