For $1 or Free this will not pass ROFR. But you will definitely get this off your hands
Is the MF per point currently less than what it is for trust points? IMO, Marriott would be wise to avoid ROFR on any weeks that have a higher MF per point than the trust. They need to get more prime inventory into the trust to keep fees down as well as feed good inventory to the trust. I know it isn't a fast way to replace inventory, but IMO they have a maintenance fee and prime resort inventory availability problem.

They must consider silver weeks prime inventory. At $5000 they snagged my silver week. This was 2 years back. MF have not gone up that much since.?

This gold week is actually a great time to go to OP.
Especially the fixed underly week that's tied to this.
Us Floridians love these summer weeks.

I don't see where you logged this at rofr.net. tsk tsk...

No one took this fantastic week?

The fees are a bit high, but it's oceanfront property. So tempting, and my favorite seller on eBay, and the best resort for families in Palm Beach during school break. CRAZY.

I also have a Silver season account available.
