Marriott Ocean Pointe vs. Marriott Oceania Palms

Looking at possible vacations for 2023 and curious if there is any material difference between these two resorts. They are fairly close together and each have strong reviews. Also, would a car be recommended in that area?

Oceana Palms is a high rise with small footprint. Ocean Pointe is a larger footprint with multiple buildings and multiple pools.

I prefer Ocean Pointe because I like the pools better. But many prefer Palms for the free beach chairs, large balconies and nicer units.

you really can’t go wrong with either- both are great resorts.

Ocean Pointe/Ocean Palms

We are looking into trading into Ocean Pointe or Ocean Palms towards the end of the year. It’s been several years since we’ve been to both. While I know they are only a mile apart, would you recommend one over the other?
