Getting out of the rental business?
Andrew is an ebay seller, one of my favorites. This is the company in Bozeman, MT. I buy from them as much as I can (Marriott/ Sheraton). Their closing company (Resort Closings) is one of the best, second only to LT Timeshares.

I think a lot of people are getting out of the rental business with Wyndham and with Bluegreen because the tide has turned and owners are no longer allowed to profit from what they bought and paid for because these companies are in total control.

I don't think Andrew is in a rental business, but I think a lot of owners are needing help in exiting their timeshares. Fees went up, and this is the time of year people are dumping timeshares.

I agree , i’ve bought several successfully ( sometimes to only deedback for free a few years later ). I do make bids on BG even though i know it’s higly likely that they will ROFR , but hey it helps the owner out.. actually BG would be smart to let one of my purchases go though as i’d likely stop haha.

How easy is it to deedback with BlueGreen? I like some of thier locations and would like to try it out, but if didn't like it would be nice to be able to just give it back if I didn't pay much on the resale market.
You have to pay 18 months of maintenance fees to get out, not cheap.
