Not a Good Buy
Why do they have $1,703 as the MF in the "Item Specifics" section?!
And why do they have confusing wording which is misleading (which always should cause an alarm to go off in your head)? "Maintenance fees are billed annually in the amount of $3,084 (Including Taxes and $140 HGVC Membership Fee)." Why wouldn't they include the RE taxes and the Hawaii GE tax in their number? They know the actual number from 2015 - why not report it? Or do they mean the $3,084 includes everything including taxes and the $140? The MF's (including all taxes but not the Club Dues) in 2014 were $2,867. If they are including the Club Dues in their number for 2015 then there was no increase from 2014 to 2015 which is unlikely.
24,000 points at $3,000 MF (give or take depending on the GE and RE taxes) is 13 cents per point. That's at least 20% higher per point than many of the Vegas units. This isn't a good buy even at a low purchase price because of the MF/point ratio.

I wonder how low they would go....
For 15-20k this would probably be a good buy for someone.
