I am planning on purchasing a resale soon and have a few more questions. What locations do you feel 13 month ARP is needed to get a week? Is Club Access a good idea for ARP at bonnet creek?
Does anyone have a list of locations where 13 month ARP is usually a need?

I usually book 2 weeks in October at bonnet creek and want to make sure I can do that every year. Since we always take 2 weeks yearly I am leaning on going with CWA so I have the 13 month ARP at bonnet creek. I want lower maintenance fees but will pay the extra ifuu the ARP is needed. Any guidance is appreciated.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
It also depends on the unit size/type you are looking for. Many resorts have limited numbers of 3-4 bedroom/ and 3-4 bedroom presidential units. If that is what you are looking to book, ARP is going to be more important at more resorts than if you are looking for the more common studio, 1 and 2 Bedrooms.

I couldn't imagine you needing ARP of any kind for a 2 BR(or smaller) at Bonnet Creek in October. If you make your reservation 10 months in advance you will be find.

Right now, for October at Bonnet Creek, spotty 4 BR's (1 nt hear and there), every day but Oct 13th is available in a 3 bedroom (deluxes likely), 2 bedroom deluxes wide open (but not presidentials), 1 bedroom deluxe and presidentials - wide open.

I just started using our ARP at Bonnet Creek (for Easter next year, thanksgiving this year). So nice to have, but it wouldn't have driven a decision for me to purchase at Bonnet Creek. (A salesperson at Bonnet Creek drove that decision for my Dad, it was not something he needed :)).
