Never heard of wax used for a record.
Almost got the blues, but was thinking things that dissolved or melted
Purple - never crossed my mind.

A fairly quick, and rare, perfect this morning.

Got blue and green early this a.m. Slept on it and took a (lucky) chance on purple (to weed out what didn't belong in yellow).

Wax is a slang term for a record, kind of like Platter. There was a movie about the 1960s music industry titled "American Hot Wax." :thumbup:

I was stuck on the blue category. No concept of the connection, till I saw the solution. Duh! :D

Got lucky with a Phew today.
 
Easy on the green and yellow. Really no clue on blue or purple. Very lucky guessing on the blue. Since I didn't get to yesterdays, I was in forge ahead and get er done mode.

Not nearly perfect like so many of you, but at least I did not fail.
I thought of the blue category, but the fourth didn't come to me right away. Humorously, this evening my daughter was showing off her couponing stash this evening and there were 2 of those blues on her shelf (too late to help me).

I failed miserably, but quickly. On the right track for all 4 categories, but couldn't filter them out the correct way. Good luck, all!

Same as Sandi but I squeaked by with a PHEW. I finally figured out the purple and the blue came by default.
