Just bought westin vacation club flex timeshare. PLEASE HELP! I think I made a mistake…

Just bought westin vacation club flex timeshare. PLEASE HELP! I think I made a mistake… I bought it at the Westin Maui as our home resort but after reading all of the bad reviews online I feel like a sucker. I have 5 days left to cancel and they said I just have to send a fax to cancel it. But then I really don’t have any proof that it is canceled. Has anyone ever dealt with this before?

Should I keep it? I feel like I really want to cancel.
Please help!
 
Cancel. Read your paperwork closely. Somewhere in there it says how to cancel. Generally a letter sent USPS return receipt is used. You need proof of the date it was mailed. When they receive it doesn’t matter.
 
Maybe request that the mods delete this thread as you're getting more responses to the identical posting in the Vistana forum.

We hope your rescission and deposit refund were successful. To track TUG rescission savings, mind sharing how much you saved with rescission? As half of tuggers initially bought developer/retail TS, there is no shame.
