It seems I have been deMaxed

I would let that ride and not draw attention to it. If you are getting free reservations and not paying dues.... Take it

I guess if you are paying for reservations now but not dues, it still isn't bad

Yes, I was going to let it ride, but it went away last Tuesday. šŸ˜­ I will wait a few more days to see if it comes back. I don't need to book anything right now.

Same thing no club dues posted yet. Next time Iā€™m half maxed, will call to get full Max.
 
My max is still showing for me. I purchased a District resale end of last year that maxed me. I have not been the thru the demax cycle yet that I have noticed.

I have gone to two owners updates since I was maxed and sales hasn't mentioned it. They kept pushing to upgrade my resale deeds to get max, which I politely declined, and didn't say a word.

I did have to call into club services a few months back, and the extremely knowledgeable agent said I had max when I tried to get the All Inclusive club dues added. She insisted one of my resale deeds triggered max, and added something to my account that eliminated the reservation fee on the legacy resorts (the HVC/max resorts were free, but before this I was still being charged the reservation fee on legacy HGV resorts). Since then, it's been smooth sailing. I was even charged the max club dues for 2026.

Wish me luck! I like max so far. Scored Point at Poipu and Tahoe so far.

Wow, it is interesting that each free max experience has been different. What a mystery of what triggers it and how to keep it. I would think that @shootrrr88440 is home free since you have paid max club dues.
 
After about a week, I've been re-maxed. Or should I say half-maxed. When I try to book Max properties, I don't get charged reservation fees, but if I try to book HGVC Legacy, they are charging me $81.
