Interval International II Login "Redirect" Errors [MERGED]

When they read here, this is the message I'm getting on my MacBook after signing in successfully and clicking on either my Marriott corporate or individual account:

Safari Can't Open the Page
Too many redirects occurred trying to open "https://www[DOT]intervalworld[DOT]com/web/my/home". This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.

I switched out the [DOT] things so it doesn't try to link from here, and this isn't anything I've ever seen before with II or any other bookmarked website.

Same issue on multiple browsers and after clearing cookies and cache. Android app still seems to be working fine though (if you're desperate to get on).

Unable to login via Chrome or Brave and clearing cache. I used the app, but an error would not allow me with finalize an exchange I was interested in. Of course all offices are closed today.

Frustrating.

I haven't been able to log in since Friday.

I'm using Safari and keep getting the same message as Sue..........

We see this issue across multiple browsers and also multiple devices. I can't login through Chrome on Mac and my wife can't login through her iPad.

I have only one profile, so I don't have problem after sign in because I have no profile to select.
In your case, what happen if after you sign in, you don't select any profile and you go directly to the Exchange section https://www.intervalworld.com/web/cs?a=0 or My Units section https://www.intervalworld.com/web/cs?a=200 ?
When the profile selection screen comes up, you don't have the usual tabs at the top. Those direct links still bring up the login page followed by account selection screen.

I tried logging in last night, and I got the redirect message. I got the same message this morning. I tried 3 browsers on my PC and 2 browsers on my cell phone and the interval app. Clearing cache doesn't work. Does anyone with only one profile able to log in?

This also did not work in Chrome using "Incognito Mode" which uses a browser environment that does not save cookies. The problem is clearly on Interval side, message I get says:

This page isn’t working right now
www.intervalworld.com redirected you too many times.

This is a redirect used to move you from the profile selection screen to the interval active environment.

It seems that @youppi only has one account under their profile and is not having any issues logging in.

Ok. There is no default membership selected.
If you select a membership, and you try the direct link after you got the redirect error, does it return you also to the sign in page ?

No dice. I get the same redirect error after selecting an account, getting the error and then clicking on one of the direct link you provided.

I am having no problems at all with either II account.

I can't get into my accounts. I tried on a phone that has never logged into II an addition to various browsers and pads.

I've been having the error for the last two days. Happens when you try to "select" an account. :(

Yes, this started yesterday for us. It seems to only be impacting people that have multiple accounts under the same II profile.
@dioxide45 - I also have multiple II profiles and this started early yesterday for me. I started to panic as I had also just (coincidentally, it turns out) renewed my subscription to my anti-virus provider. I'm actively looking for an ePlus Retrade for end of Jan/early Feb at the Waiohai and started to get concerned that it would be my luck that something would show up this weekend. I began to realize it wasn't on my end when I have used several machines - one desktop PC, two laptop PCs and then my iPhone - and they all exhibited the same issue. Now, in reading this, I don't feel so bad but nevertheless still need to figure out how quickly II can make this all good. Anybody try deleting and then re-registering their accounts? I read above that for some, it seems to have been fixed the next day.

It’s been day 2 and it’s not a cache issue.

Cant log in from yesterday. Well i get to the page to choose accounts. It shows my personal II account, Marriott corporate account and 9 DVC accounts. I cant log in from any of the choices. I get the dreaded Page isn't redirecting properly error.

Just tried from the same computer. Logged into a friends account that has only Marriott weeks and works just fine. Just cannot log in from my account with multiple choices.

I'm having the same issue...can't log in. Very frustrating!

Latest II response for me...

"We apologize that
you are not able to
access your membership.
Currently the Interval World
website is not accessible.
Our Technical
Support Team is currently
assessing the issue."
