Interval International II Login "Redirect" Errors [MERGED]

I don’t seem to be able to log into II anymore. It shows me two choices: DVC and my Embarc/extraordinary escapes but when I press select it asks me if I want to download ‘cs’ any suggestions? Nothing happens if I press yes.

I can't get in either. I am able to login, but when I select a profile I get a "This page isn't working" error. I think II is broke.
 
I just logged in to look for my usual exchanges. No problem.

I suspect II will close down to update the resort directory online. I realize it's been updated to reflect the Disney resorts in the app, but II usually shuts down on Saturdays. So maybe tomorrow the resort codes will be showing in the directory with my laptop.

Same for me. I was able to log in earlier, though. My personal Interval account Home Screen showed three choices (2 DVC’s and our platinum membership). When I clicked on the DVC choices I got the message I needed to log in thru the Disney Vacation Club site.

I logged in thru DVC and was able to access the free DVC Gold account. I was able to search Orlando Getaways, too. A friend of ours who owns DVC booked an Orlando Getaway at Sheraton Vistana via his DVC Interval Gold account. Apparently the DVC corporate Gold account is not blocking the Orlando getaways.

I'm experiencing this issue as well. From what I can tell, anyone that has a single II account that covers multiple memberships (think multiple corporate accounts, or a corporate membership and a personal membership) is affected.

It happens because of a bug that they seemed to introduce last night. It is basically stuck in a redirect loop as it's trying to figure out which membership you want to use. After something like 20 redirects chrome says "enough" and craps out.

Hopefully they fix it soon.
 
I cannot login to my Interval account all day today. I can enter my id and password, but it gives me the error message: "This page isn’t workingwww.intervalworld.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"
I've tried on Chrome, Edge and Safari, and cleared cookies 100 times. Nothing worked.
 
I am still unable to log in this morning.

i'm getting the error with one account but i'm able to log into interval with another account. Drove me bananas all day clearing my cache.
 
Tried clearing cookies and restarting the computer. Still no go. Getting an error message saying "This page isn't working right now".
 
I’m a DVC member and January 1st was the first day we could check out Interval to see what we could exchange into. I was having issues also. I’m wondering if it’s because of increased traffic from thousands of DVC members doing the same thing. The DVC member website is an absolute horror....there are always issues with it. Hope we don’t jinx yours.
 
Is anyone able to access II Shortstay getaways via DVC? I was able to look at regular cash getaways but not the shorter more soon ones. It gives me an error to contact my servicing office for assistance.
I can't but I can't on my regular II account either. It's on II's end. I did try 2 different browsers.
 
Haven’t been able to log in since Friday. Frustrating..

Same here with Safari, says something about too many redirects to land at the original bookmarked site.
 
Me too!!! Trying to get a last minute upgrade to a 3br in Orlando for tomorrow. No customer service on Sunday of course. Arghhhh
 
Yes, this started yesterday for us. It seems to only be impacting people that have multiple accounts under the same II profile.
 
I have emailed the TUG II Members Mailbox about the issue. I suggest others do so they don't just think it is a single user.

Can't log in - started yesterday. We have only one Interval account.
 
I cannot log in either. I keep getting the error message "too many redirects." We received a match to a search that I wish to decline, and II is closed on Sundays. Does anyone know what happens when you cannot reach the website or call, and wish to decline a match? I was able to go to the II website, and send an email to technical support that the website is down.

You can't decline a match online anyway. You need to email their customer service and call tomorrow; customerservice@intervalintl.com
