I can compare blended trading power of Westin Desert Willow, SDO and SBR to Marriott trading power, and we have been downgraded in II

It has to be Palmetto based on the weeks in the season. High season at Palmetto is 24-35; high season at Plantation (the older phase) is 9-43 & 47.

I did not realize that there were some SBR units with such a low MF. The is pretty much the same as the same as the MF at The Colonies at Williamsburg.

It is only a 1BR. We have a 1BR at SVV that isn't much higher.

I know it is a 1 bedroom. However, the MF is the equivalent to a 2 br The Colonies. What picked my curiosity is what is the trade power difference between the 1 Bdr SBR and 2 bdr colonies especially when trying to grab a Marriott, Westin or Sheraton. Of course, there is the additional issue of preference.

Yeah the preference period is what I’m looking for. Any Marriott Westin or Sheraton in Hawaii would be gone well before Colonies can see them. Sure sometime last minute deal shows up without preference but at that time likely not much trading power needed.

I was able to grab a couple of weeks for us and our friends for their 50th anniversary, 8/10-8/17 and 8/17-8/24 for 2025 at Westin Ka'anpaali North with small one bedrooms. I was thrilled to get them.

Is it one or two-bed? I’m happy with one-bed but not studios.

Full 1 bedrooms, not the small one bedrooms.
