Lori, in particular, has a lot of things lining up for her for a great defense.

Insanity defense? Blame it on her brother?

Claiming they were zombies would indicate she wasn’t in a right frame of mind but to conceal the bodies and continue to lie would indicate that she knew it was wrong. If blaming on her brother one would think she would still had to have been involved by her actions of going on the run and lying about it. It will be interesting the watch the battle between the attorneys.

Although Alex supposedly died of natural cause was an autopsy ever done? With the death of Chad’s wife and Lori’s ex I wouldn’t be surprised if Chad and Lori had something to do with his death to avoid having him talk. it wouldn’t be the first time someone‘s death was ruled natural only to find out later that they were poisoned.

Not saying this has any findings in fact, but the Maricopa County Medical Examiner's office has a legacy of it's own.

For me, I would prefer that any medical examiner's office be unquestionably above any and all disreputability, if there is such a thing. I will say, I'm sure their office has improved it's reputation, but nonetheless. We read all the time that some high priced lawyer brings to light actions such as these, if for nothing more than to raise some doubt about an
investigation. I have no idea if the cause of death of Alex Cox plays any role in this crime however, it may get some thinking.

Vallow’s belief that JJ and Tylee were "zombies" was included in a probable cause affidavit unsealed in Idaho on Friday.

Rexburg police Lt. Ron Ball says Melani Gibb, a close friend of Vallow’s, told him that the term “refers to an individual whose mortal spirit has left their body and that their body is now the host of another spirit. The new spirit in ‘zombie’ is always considered ‘dark spirit.’ While the ‘dark spirit’ inhabits the host body, the person’s true spirit goes into ‘limbo’ and is stuck there until the host body is physically killed."

My take is that Chad Daybell is the mastermind behind all of this.

I think that Melani Gibb also should have a lot on her conscious. She knew of a lot of weird behavior for a long time before speaking to the police.

Shanann was a neat freak so the house was never messy to begin with.

The girls were murdered outside of the house, so no disturbance inside the house from that.

Sheets were stripped off master bed which caught the police's attention.

Shanann strangled - no blood or mess.
