How much do I expect to pay to get a bHC close to 10cpp?

You sounded like a resalesman!

Just kidding. Think I've already got too many too quickly, lol. I am building up a diversified portfolio with access to DVC, RCI, and II. and I like to add HGVC next. Each system is a bit unique and want to find the best of each can offer. Yeah think I can be patient to pick at right price while using what I have now. I am not a get it done now for the next 30 years type of person so yeah will keep changing and optimizing…

I got the same advice from excellent mentors here at TUG & am grateful to them (& was just passing it forward).
I love my Resale TS!
Best in your journey!

Actually instead of waiting, I just signed up for an EOY District 1-bed platinum contract last night. Will find out how that journey goes.

Plan to take my kid to visit DC more easily and in some cases forcing myself to do it. We’ve been talking about seeing Cherry Blossom in DC for more than 10 years but never did it! NYC access is a plus but not a must for us - just an hour away.

Was told today there is a special requirement for deeds recorded in DC that buyers need to sign in front of a public notary. Just curious where people usually go to have their timeshare notarized. TIA.

You can do it online now. That is the way which we did it when selling.

Yeah I am a bit skeptical as I don’t want to hand over my ID to one more “virtual” person. Which one do you recommend? Will look into it. Hard to beat the convenience I guess.

My Credit Union and public library both have Notaries on staff.

I've used the notary at a UPS package shipping store, never a problem.

I think that's true in many/most states. I know I did for my recent NYC and USVI purchases. And I know that if you sell a Florida deed the same applies.

And our town hall has a notary, our bank branch used to, and our local UPS store usually has someone who will do it for a small fee (which I did last time because they keep retail and not gov't/bank hours).

One of my recent timeshare transactions went through an online notary who needed to see my face and for me to hold up my ID to the camera. The title company/transfer agent picked them.

What is this fee for:

Cancellation Protection

Transaction TypeFees
Cancellation Protection (At Time of Booking)$104
Cancellation Protection (Post Booking)$134

I thought it’s free to cancel a reservation and you can rebook (for another fee). Is it just for <30 days?
