Jeff- If you want Orlando, you can get Vacation Village at Parkway, where I own, for 5-11 TPU's for most weeks except for prime Xmas and Easter timeframes. It is a Gold Crown resort that has just opened a new building. We stay there by trading back in using our TPU's. It is very near Disney and right across the road from Celebration a Disney built town. 21 TPU's are plenty for multiple stays at this resort.

Thank you for the respond. I think I am leaning towards the purchase. Vacation village looks like a very nice place

I think I read that you prefer a winter/ski week at the resort. If so, you should hold out for a winter week so that in some years you do not need to trade. Trading is costly and easily doubles the cost of ownership.

I have found one that was week 52. But haven't heard back from the seller yet. This would be a better purchase for us. For use and trade in value I assume it has good value
