We just closed on selling a unit and I was told by a Hyatt rep that it could take up to 60 days. I’m sure it can vary depending on the volume at any given time.
Hyatt has been the quickest compared to Marriott or Wyndham. My recent Hyatt took less than 60 days total before it was in my account and ready to use!
My recent Hyatt was submitted to the resort for transfer on August 9th and completed transfer on November 5th - 88 days. It was a first Hyatt ownership so maybe that resulted in it taking longer.

Seller made a mid-May reservation in my name so I have concerns on timing as it is looking like I may need to try and change that date
