How do I send a response to corporate MVC?

I haven't gotten a survey request for our completed weeks. I want to send an email to someone of significance at MVC and the GM.

Any suggestions?

Aloha. Let me know if you are successful! I haven't gotten one for several years. We have at least 6 individual stays per year and nothing. I have complained to MVC office, the individual property managers, etc. I understand you don't get one for the property if you go to a sales presentation, but haven't been to one of those in years. And we don't get a survey for that either. Last year I had one property manager tell me not everyone gets one. That's for sure. And that's not how it's supposed to work. I have explained I can't participate in the way to go congratulations for staff. I can't compliment or complain. I have been told everything in my profile is just fine and should be receiving the surveys. One manager told me to email him directly and he would forward the info so the staff receive the way to go's.

Learn the name of the general manager at the resort you visited and then write a letter with your compliments and/or complaints. These get forwarded to the Marriott corporate and any associate gets credit towards their potential rewards. Has worked well for me as I usually get a reply from the general manager.
 
If you do not have the name of the GM and email to the Owner Board might be an option - other alternatives are

They deliberately don't publicize individual email addresses so you won't find many floating around. Plus, I think if something is important enough that corporate eyes need to see it, it should be in snail-mail to the corporate address in Orlando. You can put the name of the relevant Executive Leadership person on it to provide direction. You probably won't hear back from that person but s/he will make sure that you hear back from somebody. Be warned though that the response will likely be a phone call - they don't like to put things in writing either.

We have never had luck sending anything to our board. We happened to be on the phone today with financial services and asked for a contact for our board as we had a concern. They don't even have them (so we were told). They suggested we call the resort and ask them - but generally you just get the manager's assistant.
 
Try this to reach your resort's Board of Directors:

--> sign in to owners.marriottvacationclub.com account
--> click on "Owners Association" in the "EDUCATION AND RESOURCES" drop-down menu
--> scroll to the bottom of the list in the box for the particular resort and you should see, "Contact Your Board of Directors"
--> click on the "view" link to the right of "Board of Directors List."

The page that comes up will include the names of those who serve on the board and should include a generic email address that sends your message to each board member as well as the resort's General Manager. MVC no longer publishes the personal email addresses/contact info for board members, and in my experience, the response (email or telephone) will come from the GM after s/he's consulted, if necessary, with the BOD.

If the info isn't available this way through the website, I'd first call the resort and ask the GM why not. If that didn't work, I'd be sending a written notice to MVW corporate for an explanation. It's understandable why MVW doesn't publish personal contact info for BOD members, but not at all acceptable for MVW to not give owners a reasonable method to contact those charged with individual resort matters.

Unfortunately, there is no consistency between resorts for the “Board of Directors List” on the Owner website.
The St Kitts Beach Club information is several years out of date for the Board Directors (e.g. term ending 2018!)
The email address should be correct, although I never received a response to emails sent there and had to email the GM directly.
I have asked for the list and all the other resort Owner Association documentation to be updated, I am still waiting!
Also emails sent to the email address in these lists don’t necessarily go directly to the individual Board Directors, e.g. at Phuket Beach Club they go just to the GM to then share with Board Directors.
