Im not sure how relevant this is, but the Avenue Plaza Resort in New Orleans is all studio (2 queen beds or 1 king) and 1 bedroom units( 1 queen and 1 sleep sofa) Maximum occupancy for the King Studios is 2 and the Queen Studios and one bedrooms is 4
During Mardi Gras they issue wrist bands to control access to the property. Each room gets 4 for the registered guests, but you can purchase 4 more (at $20 each) for guests....So for an extra $80 a day you can put 8 people in a studio unit
I rented a unit last year to a local family..they never slept in the room...they only used it to pee. They rented from me again for next year so I guess what the guy says in the song is true.......and I just turned a guy down because he wants to host a 3 day party for 20 people...8 would have worked
