I have a 3 bedroom EOY Even unit that I only deposit in Interval International. I split it into a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. Every time I deposit, they only deposit on the week that is on the deed. But I always request the weeks later in the year so that it expires later. It gives me that summer to do this. I've always been on this cycle so since I get both weeks deposited at the same time, it makes a huge difference.

So last week I requested 2 weeks deposited and they deposited for the dates on my deed. I spent another 42 minutes on the phone and now I need to wait 3 - 5 days to see if they can fix my deposit. I feel like I am the only one that has requested anything like this. I'm looking to find an easier way or a contact to get this done without a huge investment in time.

Do you own a fixed week or a float week? If you own a float week do you reserve the week you want with your resort first and then contact II to deposit it? Do they have restrictions about not depositing certain weeks with II- some resorts do. I used to own a float week in Hilton Head and although I could reserve summer for my own use they would not let me deposit weeks 24-33 with interval.

It is a floating week / floating unit, within a certain season. However, the deed still has to assign and week and unit when it was recorded at the courthouse.

HICV does Bulk deposit into II. Before they took over the resort, I used to just reserve a week and deposit myself. It is way to difficult now!!!!

But have you been calling HICV to reserve the week you want to deposit- getting a confirmation on that week (don't tell them you are trying to deposit in II) and then contacting II to deposit that week?

After 45 minute phone call, the resort was able to change the dates on my deposit. Ugh. I know more about how II works than HICV.
