HGVC Legacy 2026 Club Dues went up again

Naw. Then it would go up 10%. 5% is for the service to stay the same :)

Cheers.
That is about how life feels right now... Pay more for the same thing. My ribeyes at Sam's have about doubled... Need to own cattle right now.

I'm new to this. When are these club dues due?
With the MF bill which is January 1st for most properties but it will say on your bill. I pay only the Hilton credit amount before January 1st for our Blvd weeks with our Surpass and Aspire cards. Then the rest about the second week of January. That allows us to get the Q4 and Q1 credits. We get $1,200 in resort credits each year

Thanks. I would love to try this, alas, I'm from Canada. It's an extra few steps for me to get an American AMEX.

That is exactly what I am doing this year also.

Ah.... Sorry about that. Not being Canadian, but the extra steps. The Surpass and Aspire are good cards for HGV owners who also use Hilton hotels.. They easily pay for themselves and the FNCs are very nice to have.

I am looking to add an Elara deed resale to my account now.
there are a few in the TUG marketplace, but read through cause the pricing is all over the place!

for example you can get this:

or, for 2.1X more asking $$, you can get this...

And of course the more $$$ asking deed also has 91.3% of the points...

my DW won't let me get any more deeds right now, but it is the season for people to dump them to avoid new MF... it is sooo tempting some of these!

Presume 2-Player mode (= 2 people having both cards setup) as each Aspire is 200 x2 & Surpass is 50 x4 = 600 per year per Aspire+Surpass setup?
TY!
Yep... Actually 3 player mode, son has one of the Surpass so we use his credit

I am happy to admit you were correct and M/F look to only increase 5%. Good call. I am looking to add an Elara deed resale to my account now.
I think a little early to call (i.e. don’t throw in the towel yet). I think a better indication will be when the LV resorts MFs posts in 1 to 2 weeks. I don’t trust FL MF posts for they should post next later this week and early next week.

Last year, I didn’t understand why the Boulevard MFs went up nearly 7%. I hope that it returns to 3-4% range this year.

And congrats to those that have raised children. Sure glad my in-laws did. :)

Cheers.
It is a road with lots of ups and downs but worth the drive

I wish my in-laws would continue but, I guess the manufacturer warranty runs out at 30 years....:)

They need to be doing about 5% better work then...:)
did the amount you "saved" on accommodations rise by 5% or more in 2025 vs 2024? Do you think it might in 2026?
Inflation convinces may people that they are "doing better work".

About that, yes. Things do cost more so I see the need from their perspective
