Helping family with vacation plans

I don't like the high bridges but if I'm a passenger I close my eyes. Driving eyes grimly straight ahead lol! Had a friend who was afraid of bridges. Was driving over the San Fran Bay Bridge very slowly when there was an earthquake. Big hole opens up in front of her! She had to be taken off the bridge by an EMT.

Oh my god! Poor woman!

Our first vacation planned with family in a different city went really well. Emailed them at 10 months out to book the condo(May/15), talked to them at christmas and then confirmed about 2 weeks before. We met up night before(2 days to travel by car) and arrived at resort about 1 hour apart. We were going regardless so we had that in our favour. They want to go next year, we have cruise plans. Hopefully it will go smoothly. They love to travel.

There's a name for these folk!

We have friends who are constantly asking for advice about traveling, where to stay, what to see, etc. Of course suggestions are ignored by them. And when they return from their trip, what they did was soooo much better than anything we'd recommended!!

Saw something online that appropriately categorizes these people. The word is "ask hole". :rofl::hysterical::rofl:
